2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; a contract forms when we dispatch your item and send confirmation.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver within 7 days of ordering to UK addresses. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Returns

All content on this site is owned by Kindra or licensed to us. You may not reproduce it without permission.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
