UK-wide delivery
We ship to all UK addresses via tracked courier.

Orders typically arrive within 7 days of ordering. Times are estimates, not guarantees.
Dispatch
Orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK bank holidays).
30-day returns
Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
Shipping details
Estimated delivery: within 7 days of ordering to UK addresses. Delivery times are estimates based on our courier's typical performance and are not guaranteed. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with tracking.
Standard UK shipping is £3.99. Orders over £20 ship free.
Returns policy
For hygiene reasons, opened or used oral care items cannot be returned. Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you'd prefer. This does not affect your statutory rights.
